Sam and staff are friendly and welcoming every visit. Sam takes the time to get to know his patients and work with them on a plan of care that makes sense for their needs. He does a great job of explaining everything surrounding visits to ensure patients understand the cause and effect of injury and rehab!

My experience working with Alex Shutter was great. I came with a goal to get what I thought was plantar fasciitis and ankle tendinitis treated and healed so I could walk pain free on my upcoming trip to Europe. He revealed some muscle weakness and doing small strength and balance training helped me make progress quickly.

Paramount is the place to go if you want to have a team who truly cares about you and your goals. I do both physical therapy and personal training and they are truly the reason I stick with it and have success. I cannot recommend them highly enough. My health is worth the investment and the people make it extraordinary.

Our daughter went to Alex for a sports injury. He was professional, very knowledgeable and kept it relaxed and fun. His sessions were sports specific and helped her tremendously. She really enjoyed going and will continue to value his advice!

Spent the last 4 months training and lifting with Sam and Alex up in Swamico! Awesome people and an awesome crew felt like family the second you walked in. Completely fixed my squat/deadlift form and hit some sweet PRs! Highly recommend training/physical therapy, will never go to different spot again. Can’t wait to head back up for the summer and prepare for football!

I feel blessed to have been attending Paramount for well over a year. The physical trainers and physical therapists are in complete communication and are experts in bridging the gap between rehab and fitness. They are incredibly attentive, helping me reach my goals while being able to adapt to any random physical injury, which keeps me safe. Its rare to find a place that can both push you to be fitter and modify a workout on the fly to support injury rehabilitation. Truly 5 star service!

Paramount is an excellent place! Sam Shwartz is the goat, he’s got the sauce. I didn’t know if I would ever be pain free again after a really bad back injury leading to me getting back procedures done at 17 and 18 years old. I now walk completely pain free and I credit Sam and Paramount for being there and helping me get the treatment I needed.

Working with Alex Shutter has been fantastic. I’ve had great physical therapists in the past, but none who truly understood the golf swing the way Alex does. His combination of PT expertise and real knowledge of golf mechanics makes his approach unique and incredibly effective. He’s helped me get ready for golf season after major wrist surgery, recover from an oblique strain, and continue improving my hip mobility. The exercises he gives me are golf-specific and clearly designed to translate to better movement and comfort during my swing—not just day-to-day function. If you’re a golfer looking to move better, feel better, and play more comfortably, I highly recommend seeing Alex.

I've had great experience and would definitely recommend Paramount. I've worked with Emily and Jared, they both have been friendly, welcoming, and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. They take the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make sure your treatment is personalized to what you need. I noticed a big improvement over the course of my treatment, and every visit left me feeling like I was making progress. Jared and Emily are encouraging, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about helping you get back to feeling your best.
